The Value of Customer Service

Those who are selling their products and services with a grumpy face are losing out on so much.

Be thankful that even with that attitude of yours, people are still paying you a visit. Why? Perhaps you have done an exceptional job for the things that you are selling. Or perhaps, you are the only provider that’s providing that product.

When a customer buys something, they are usually paying for the entire buying experience. A $3 bowl of noodle can be sold for $4, if the seller cared enough to smile and say “Thank you”. Perhaps, smiling and thanking the customers is even too much of a chore.

If not, why aren’t more, or even all, businesses doing so?
