Pain Is Our Best Teacher

Why? Because there’s no pain in the message. As the saying goes, “Pain is our best teacher.”

For most of us, until we met with the reality of losing something important to us, we will always remain in status quo. Unfortunately, when the time really comes, it’ll often be all too late.

The best thing about our health is that it’s something that’s already given to us when we are born. What’s left is for us is to simply cherish it.
